About the Artist

Norm and Pat Toman own Art of the Rockies Gallery and Custom Framing, Inc. in Loveland, Colorado. The city is located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains 30 miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.  They have been a community pillar for the past 18 years:  they are a past recipient of the presticious Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Business of the Year Award ; several years running they have been awarded the Reporter-Herald Reader's Award for Best Art Gallery in Loveland.   Norm and Pat have the largest display of Thomas Kinkade artwork in Northern Colorado.  

We have a reputation as the best and most personable custom picture framing  shop in all of Loveland and parts of Berthoud, Longmont and Fort Collins.  We provide design services without charge or oblgation for all your precious artwork whether photography, original artwork, reproduction artwork or memorbelia shadow boxes.
